Shipping policy

  • Order Processing & Shipping Time

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 7–20 business days; expedited shipping takes 4–10 business days (extra fee applies). Delivery times are estimates, subject to customs delays and holidays.

  • Shipping Fees

    Calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free standard shipping is available for orders meeting the minimum spend requirement.

  • Customs & Duties

    Import duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We don’t cover or refund these charges.

  • Tracking & Discreet Shipping

    A tracking number will be emailed once shipped. All orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging to protect privacy.

  • Lost/Damaged Packages

    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items (with photos) or within 7 days for lost packages. We’re not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Returns

    Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds will be issued after the item is received in its original condition.
